Timber Supplied: Ironbark

We supplied Ironbark screens, decking and seating that truly creates an atmosphere of escape from the normal business district scene. Coach House Timbers helped with each stage of this complex project in which we met the challenge of encasing metal spines into the timber to ensure its safety and ability to free stand without distortion. This project started off as 200 x 50 5m set lengths which we deep cut down the centres and machined a 70 x 10mm centre rebate to house the aluminium 70 x 20 extrusion, which we glued in and then re-laminated the 2 timber halves back together.
